Our Story
Caribbean Reference Laboratory was founded over 40 years ago with a single commitment: to bring world-class diagnostic accuracy to the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. What began as a family vision has grown into the Eastern Caribbean's most trusted independent pathology laboratory.
Under physician leadership and supported by a dedicated team of clinical professionals, CRL continues to expand — into mobile services, tourism wellness, and the growing Grenadines market — without ever losing sight of the patients at the center of our work.
